Here you can order products safely by email 24 hours a day and we will call you back for your details, or if you prefer you can telephone your order direct on 0034 690 071 333 during business hours.

Healthypets can provide you with top quality products and friendly, expert advice. 

Please feel free to ring or e-mail us with any questions you have about our products.
 
Telephone Business hours are from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. We will be happy to talk to you and discuss your pet needs. You can give us your order over the phone if you would rather.

OUR RETURNS POLICY: We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us, and so we are always willing to refund or replace any item which is proven not to be satisfactory.  Please retain packaging for returns. Please do not remove labels until you are certain you are keeping your purchase.

Unsuitable goods must be returned in new and fit for resale condition in original packaging with return postage within 7 days of despatch for an exchange or refund (minus the cost of Postage and Packaging).

Perishables can not be returned.

OUR DELIVERY CHARGES : As Spain has some odd areas, Please email us with your details and the product you wish to purchase and we will let you know the delivery charge.
 

We always endeavour to send out stocked items as soon as possible – but please allow 28 days for delivery for out of stock items.

SENDING GIFTS : If you are ordering items to be sent as a gift, we can include a note saying who the gift is from and we will not include a priced invoice. Just e-mail us with your message.
